This website is designed to provide information without requiring visitors to create an account. The one exception is the contact form, and this notice explains exactly what it keeps.
This website does not process payments or create customer accounts. It does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
If you send us a message using the form on our contact page, we store what you entered — your name, email address, organization if you gave one, the inquiry type, and your message — together with the date and time it was received. We keep it in order to answer you and to follow up if your question needs more than one reply. We do not store your IP address with your message, and we do not use it for marketing or share it with anyone outside Sunhope. You may write to us at any time to ask for a copy of your message or to have it deleted.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated scripts. Turnstile is provided by our hosting provider and works without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
Basic technical logs may be created by the web-hosting provider for security, reliability, and performance. Those logs may include information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. Their handling is governed by the hosting provider and applicable requirements.
Do not send health records, government identifiers, payment details, or other sensitive personal information, either by email or through the form. If this website later introduces analytics, cookies, or account features, this notice must be updated before those features are enabled.
